One key milestone for Ayomide and her team was improving the knowledge transfer timeline for new hires. “We introduced pre-recorded and live onboarding sessions, making them easily accessible for new hires.” The project’s success wasn’t just in its implementation but in how it addressed real feedback from employees, making a meaningful difference in the experience of new Zoners.
