When asked about her most rewarding experience, Ayomide reflects on the satisfaction she gets from seeing her ideas come to life. “Each experience has been deeply rewarding. For me, seeing my ideas come to life and receiving recognition for them makes it all worthwhile. Proudest Moment at Zone

A particularly memorable project for Ayomide was revamping the company’s onboarding process. “Being part of the People team means constantly focusing on initiatives that genuinely impact Zoners rather than simply ticking boxes,” she explains. One key milestone for Ayomide and her team was improving the knowledge transfer timeline for new hires. “We introduced pre-recorded and live onboarding sessions, making them easily accessible for new hires.” The project’s success wasn’t just in its implementation but in how it addressed real feedback from employees, making a meaningful difference in the experience of new Zoners.
